  Input a hex number, then press Enter, it will search for the address in the all registers, if found, add this register to the editor, otherwise, create a new unknown register and add it to the editor.
  
  

• Filter by name
  
  Input registers name, press the return key, filtering, registers list the name of existing in the corresponding register, it will be added to the register editor list, otherwise, display raw registers list.

  • Mouse Double Click
    
    [Chip]:Ignored, that is, do nothing
    [ModuleGroup]or[Module]or[RegisterGroup]:add all registers under it to the editor.
    [Register]:If it has not been added, add it to the editor, otherwise, do nothing.

    No matter how you do it, one register just can be added once.
    
    

    • "Add": do something as the same as the double click on this element.
    • "Add All Chip": Add all registers under the chip to the editor.

    3.1.4 Chip type detection

    
    

    When the user in the HiReg, board for a connection, the tool will automatically detect the user current chip if the types and the actual have even of the single chip type phase matching.

    • If the match, then can continue in operation, register browser views of the tree structure will be displayed in the list, the user can add a register to the editor for reading and writing in operation.
    • If you don't match, then tool in the register browser views, will give the user prompt chip type mismatch. At this time, users need to check and try again. Prompt interface as follows.
